The last of the rice has been harvested, but that does not mean the growing season is over! For the third year, we have flooded a few of our rice fields to grow food for endangered salmon. We’ve posted previously on our blog about what has become an annual project that continues to grow in scope, and now production has completed on this awesome animated video that explains just how the whole process works.
