Every hardworking member of our River Garden Farms team plays a crucial role in keeping our farm a successful, efficient, and important part of our local and global communities.
We typically have 42 full and part-time employees, many of which have been with the farm for decades. Additionally, we provide dozens of seasonal jobs for agricultural workers – often we see the same faces return each year for the new growing season.

Deborah has been the Senior Accountant for River Garden Farms since 2016.

Cyndie Beltran
Bookkeeper
Cyndie Beltran is River Garden Farms’ bookkeeper. She grew up in Esparto and Woodland, and is a Woodland High School Graduate. She started working at River Garden Farms in mid-2006. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys traveling and shopping.

Allen is the supervisor that oversees our walnut orchards. He has been with River Garden Farms since 2015.

John is the Supervisor that oversees Spraying. He has been with River Garden Farms since 2013.

Marty Stripling
Marty began working for River Garden Farms in 1974 as Warehouse Manager. He was promoted to General Manager and held the position for many years until semi-retiring in 2007. He currently serves as a mentor and consultant for our myriad of special interest projects.

Ralph Murillo
Field Manager
Ralph Murillo has been with River Garden Farms since 1979. He worked his way up to Field Supervisor, being promoted to the position in 1995. He was born in Mexico and raised in Yuba City, graduating from Yuba City High School. He has three grown children and six grandchildren. He enjoys time with his grandchildren and playing soccer in his spare time.

Roger Cornwell
General Manager
Roger Cornwell joined the River Garden Farms family as Warehouse Supervisor in 2002 before advancing to General Manager in 2006. Roger grew up in Esparto, earned a B.S. in Agricultural Business from Cal Poly and has three grown children. He serves on Board of Reclamation District 108, Sacramento Westside Levee District and the Knights Landing Ridge Drainage District, along with the Board of the Northern California Water Association. In his free time, he enjoys attending Giants games and golfing.
